01 Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to hgzy bdt. These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player") and hgzy bdt ("the Platform", "we", "us"). By accessing the hgzy bdt website at hgzy-bdt.app, downloading the hgzy bdt app, registering an account, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read these Terms in full and agree to be bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the hgzy bdt platform. Continued use of the platform after any updates to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version. We recommend bookmarking this page and checking it periodically.

02 Eligibility

To register and use hgzy bdt, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. hgzy bdt does not permit minors to register or play under any circumstances.
• You must be a resident of Bangladesh or accessing the platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is permitted under applicable law.
• You must not be on any self-exclusion list or have been previously banned from the hgzy bdt platform.

• You must not be acting on behalf of another person or as an agent for any third party when using the platform.

hgzy bdt reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. If a player is found to be underage, their account will be immediately suspended, all winnings will be forfeited, and any deposits will be returned to the original payment method.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold one account only on hgzy bdt. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or the same payment method — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being permanently closed and any balances being forfeited.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

All transactions on hgzy bdt are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The platform supports deposits and withdrawals via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. hgzy bdt does not charge any platform fee on standard deposits or withdrawals, though your mobile financial service provider may apply their own transaction charges.

Deposits are typically credited to your hgzy bdt wallet instantly upon confirmation from your payment provider. If a deposit does not appear in your wallet within 15 minutes, contact support with your transaction reference number.

Withdrawals are processed within 15 to 30 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals may take longer during peak periods or if additional verification is required. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Withdrawals can only be made to a payment method that has been previously used to deposit on the same account.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

hgzy bdt offers various bonuses and promotions to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as the general bonus rules outlined here. By claiming any bonus on hgzy bdt, you agree to the applicable wagering requirements and conditions.

Wagering requirements specify how many times a bonus amount must be wagered before it can be withdrawn as real money. For example, a ৳500 bonus with a 20x wagering requirement means you must place ৳10,000 in total bets before the bonus converts to withdrawable funds. Wagering requirements vary by promotion and are clearly stated on each offer page.

• Bonuses are credited to your hgzy bdt wallet automatically upon qualifying deposit or action.
• Only one welcome bonus can be claimed per player, per household, and per device.
• Bonuses have an expiry period — unused bonuses will be removed from your account after the stated deadline.
• hgzy bdt reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time.
• Bonus abuse — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses — will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of all funds.
• Free spins and free bet bonuses are subject to their own specific terms as stated in the promotion details.

06 Gameplay Rules

All games available on hgzy bdt — including E-Sports, Panda Dragon Boat, Relax Fishing, Teen Patti, and Fruit Shop — use certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. hgzy bdt does not manipulate game results in any way.

In the event of a technical fault, disconnection, or system error during a game round, hgzy bdt will attempt to resolve the issue fairly based on the game state at the time of the fault. If a round cannot be completed due to a technical issue, the bet amount will be returned to the player's wallet. hgzy bdt's decision on disputed game outcomes is final.

• Bets placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled or reversed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and are displayed within each game interface.
• Players are responsible for ensuring they have sufficient wallet balance before placing bets.
• hgzy bdt reserves the right to void bets placed in error or as a result of a system malfunction.
• Using automated software, bots, or scripts to play games is strictly prohibited.

07 Prohibited Conduct

hgzy bdt maintains a zero-tolerance policy towards any form of fraud, abuse, or misconduct on the platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, and forfeiture of all funds:

• Creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses or circumvent restrictions.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorised payment methods to fund your account.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes or exploit promotions.
• Using VPNs or proxy services to disguise your location or bypass platform restrictions.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or exploit any part of the hgzy bdt platform.
• Money laundering or using hgzy bdt for any illegal financial activity.
• Providing false identity information during registration or verification.
• Harassing or threatening hgzy bdt staff or other players.

hgzy bdt cooperates fully with law enforcement authorities and will provide account information and transaction records when required by law. Any funds identified as proceeds of fraud or illegal activity will be frozen and reported to the relevant authorities.

08 Responsible Gaming

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account.

10 Account Termination

Upon account closure, any remaining real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method, subject to identity verification. Bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon account closure.

hgzy bdt reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, breach of these Terms, or failure to complete identity verification. In cases of account closure due to a breach of Terms, hgzy bdt may withhold some or all of the account balance pending investigation.

11 Limitation of Liability

hgzy bdt provides its platform on an "as is" basis. While we make every effort to ensure the platform is available and functioning correctly at all times, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. hgzy bdt is not liable for losses arising from platform downtime, technical faults, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, hgzy bdt's total liability to any player in connection with their use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. hgzy bdt is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

12 Changes to Terms

hgzy bdt reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page will be revised. For significant changes, hgzy bdt will notify registered players via email or an in-platform notification.

Your continued use of the hgzy bdt platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated version. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must stop using the platform and contact support to close your account.
